I am officially making ME a priority this year. I don’t know when last I have done something for myself. But where to start?

I have given my time and emotional energy during the COVID 19 pandemic. It’s time for me to reclaim what was once mine. The Me.

For my self care adventure I am looking into various activities available to help me with my journey to rejuvenation.

I have discovered a hidden gem in Somerset West. Chance and Chicks Beauty Parlour. What a fun adventure my full body massage was.

I was welcomed, taken to the massage bed and then the therapist started talking.

Although I was there for a massage, I laughed so much! The therapist was a unique character. I never got her name, but she had made my year. It was just what I needed.
