Five such foods that are increasing your skin problems.

 Our Skin is the largest part of our body, it regulates our body temperature. Helps in the production of vitamin D. Protects us from germs infection, and dangerous radiations.

 But are we taking good care of our skin?

 Toxins increase in the liver due to continuous consumption of junk Food. Due to the increase in toxin, it goes from the liver to the blood, due to which the blood becomes impure, due to this impure blood, Skin Problems like acne, rashes, pigments, pimples, eczema, and rosacea happens.

 Today we are going to tell you about five such flowers which you should avoid in skin problems.

 1) Hot natured Food –

 Things that are used daily in our food like red chili, garam masala, pickles, they enhance the taste of our food and are also helpful in digestion, but these foods are harmful for you in case of skin problems.

 When we eat spicy food, our body produces a lot of heat, due to which acetic acid starts forming in the body, which increases the chances of skin problems.

 Spices are the lifeblood of Indian food, but keeping health in mind, they should be used only in limited quantities. Use cold natured spice instead. Like black pepper instead of red chili, green chili instead of dry red chili, lemon pickle is better than mango and chili pickle.

2) Sticky Vegetables –

 Some vegetables like brinjal, okra, jack fruit, Arabic are sticky. These vegetables give strength to our body and are helpful in increasing muscle mass, but if you have a screen related problem, then you should avoid them. You can eat carrots, cabbage, Peas, Pointed gourd, beans, pumpkin, gourd, all these vegetables can be included in your diet, they contain a lot of antioxidants.

 3) Sour Food –

  Citrus fruits increase appetite, but eating too many sour things can cause skin problems. Avoid things related to tamarind chutney like pizza, pasta, Barger if you have skin related problems.

 Coriander or mint chutney is better for you. If the curd has turned sour or there is no fresh curd, then do not eat it either. Lassie and curry made from sour curd are also harmful for you.

 If you are fond of sour food, then you can eat lemon, gooseberry, and tomato. It cleanses the body from inside due to which skin problems are cured.

4) Salty things with milk –

 If you eat salty snakes with milk or tea or eat salty food with milk or tea, then you are inviting skin problems.

 According to Ayurveda, the combination of salt with milk quickly impure the blood, which affects your skin. Like itching, skin patches, pigmentation etc.

 You can eat salt by adding salt to curd, you can also eat salt with buttermilk or butter, but do not eat salt with milk or cream. This increases skin problems.

 5) Refined Food –

 When the amount of toxins in our body increases, skin problems start because our body is unable to remove the toxins from the body due to which the blood becomes impure.

  Fiber helps in removing toxins from our body, but by eating things made from flour like pasta, pizza, chickpeas, chickpeas, noodles, bread, burgers and biscuits, the flour gets stuck in the intestines, and due to this the body does not get fiber which increases the toxins in the body. And skin problems start. Therefore, eat high fiber, and you can include millets and oats in your diet. Fiber is also found in large quantities in fresh seasonal fruits.
