What if there are intelligent gaseous entities in outer space?

Within the field of ufology, it is well known that there are many alien species or typologies, which have apparently been visiting planet Earth since time immemorial.

In this sense, there is sometimes talk of the legendary Venusians or Pleiadians, who once made contact with George Adamski and Billie Meier, or of the enigmatic Greys, famous for having been the protagonists of countless cases of abduction with traumatic endings.

However, apart from the aforementioned mysterious entities, there have also been reports of cases where the alien life forms sighted have the appearance of bipedal insects, robots, inorganic fuzzy forms or even gelatinous forms.

Intelligent space clouds

So, to this already extensive catalogue of stellar visitors, we could add a hypothetical species, for which we are likely to find definitive evidence, once space travel technology improves.

Such a typology could even be called "Quantum Computing Molecular Clouds", if the assumptions of Arvidas Tamulis and his co-authors on the subject turn out to be true.

But first, in order to better understand the whole thing, let's go back to the beginning.

The idea that such creatures could exist comes from the imagination of Fred Hoyle, who is an astrophysicist, and over the years has become very popular due to his research on space molecules, always from the point of view of quantum physics.

The fact is that our friend Hoyle conceived the possibility of the existence of quite complex gaseous particles, perfectly capable of floating and even moving at will in the space environment.

This movement would be possible because they would be Living beings, endowed with a certain type of intelligence sufficiently developed to allow them to survive.

As far-fetched as this may seem to the reader, the scientific community has long suspected that living organisms composed of alternative states of matter, such as gas, could exist.

However, the fact that such entities exist does not mean that they have intelligence on the same level as humans. Instead, they might be more like intelligent animals with astonishing longevity.

The latter would be of great use to them for hypothetical travel over long distances of light years. Something that would be impossible for any other life form known so far.

On the other hand, it is also assumed that such creatures would feed exclusively on light energy, the source of which would be none other than the countless stars scattered throughout the cosmos.

Ultimately, their dimensions could well be comparable to those of a giant planet, perhaps like Jupiter itself.

The Universe could be as inhabited as the Earth's oceans.

It is now thought highly likely that there are such huge living masses of gas, as well as more bizarre and complex life forms roaming through space.

If true, the cosmos would be literally teeming with undiscovered living things, many of them probably endowed with varying levels of intelligence.

Hoyle and his "Black Cloud".

Based on all of the above, Fred Hoyle would later publish a book with the intention of explaining his ideas in a more pleasant and digestible way, under the name of "The Black Cloud".

It presents a situation in which a large mass of gas travels unperturbed throughout the universe until it reaches the vicinity of the Solar System, thus triggering a series of events on our planet by coming between it and our sun. As well as harmful effects on human life.

Likewise, Hoyle proposes in his book what for him would be a very effective form of communication with this gaseous entity. Thanks to this, humanity manages to establish contact and discover that the cloud knows how to communicate in many ways, as well as the fact that it was unaware that the Earth was inhabited.

Maybe we are not alone in the universe after all. Don't you think so?
