I asked and you responded

At the end of July I asked on Twitter and via here on my blog, if there was anything you wanted to know more of, that you hadn't seen in my blog posts.

I couldn't promise anything because it depended on the question. But I was curious.

Here are your responses altogether in one post, that you asked.

Thank you for taking part.

Your responses:

"Mmm, good question! I'd love to know more about your childhood, what you were like as a kid (if it's something you're comfortable to write about)."

"I would like techniques that help you and make you feel relaxed, yoga, thi chi, walking, meals that you enjoy, I could go on, etc."

"Share which ones, so how to make certain nice meals, which type of yoga etc. I realise this may not interest you tho."

"My favourite go to movie?"

"List of pet peeves."

"What's something you couldn't go a day without, or what makes you laugh the hardest?

"I'd be curious to know how you learned to lip-read."

From the above comments, I have created the following posts. Some have been scheduled and others are still at draft stage, or to be written. Please see below.

Scheduled posts:

  • "What's your pet peeves? - this post will air on 8th September 2022.
  • "Things that help me to relax" - this post will air on 15th September 2022. (Question: "My favourite go to movie?" will also be answered here in this post.)

Other post topics to come one day:

Childhood

Childhood is a difficult one because of vague memories. This is through blocking stuff that happened in childhood, that I have mentioned on my previous blog.
Through counselling, my triggers are less and I will be able to write it without triggers. But should I be unexpectedly triggered, I have the means to help with that.
This post is currently in draft stage, so I don't know when this will air exactly, than it being next year. I will be writing these over two, or three posts.

Food

Since starting this blog, I don't do recipes like I used to at my previous blog and I don't plan to. So I am sorry I cannot fulfil that one.
I only talk about food in general now, which when I do, they appear in chit-chat posts, or some other posts, like if I review something.

The following posts are where I have mentioned food, if you like to take a look at those:

  • Chit-chat March (I shared a pumpkin bread recipe I found and tried.)
  • Review: Bells and Whistles
  • Focusing on me
  • Food can be interesting...

I have shared my kitchen in earlier blog posts after moving to where I live now.
I don't use a hob, as my mini oven doesn't have them and I decided I wasn't going to bother buying those seperate electric hobs. Instead, I use my microwave for cooking the veg etc..

I then decided to upgrade to a Tefal multicooker and I gave my slow cooker away, as the multicooker has different cooking settings, including slow cooker.

I have never spoilt my rice when cooking it in the multicooker. But I have finally got used to cooking it the right time for me, to have my rice how I want it, as the instructions were not very good for helping with this.

Deafness and lipreading

Anything related to my deafness, including how I learned to lipread are posts to come hopefully before October. But some more posts may come next year.

Other questions

What I couldn't go a day without, I will answer in a chit-chat September post.

What makes me laugh the hardest? The answer to this question will also appear in a chit-chat September post.

Again, thank you for joining in with this and I hope you are looking forward to the posts ahead.
