BLUES SPEEDSTER, LUCKLESS SAINT CLAIM TO BE TRADED ON AGENTS FOR FREE NIGHT

Two more swap requests have been sent to the clubs as Carlton’s Zac Fisher and St Kilda’s Nick Coffield are said to have announced they want to leave.

Fisher, 25, has requested a move to North Melbourne, reports AFL Media’s Cal Twomey, even though he has two years remaining on his contract at Princes Park, where he is set to reunite with his partner. Griffin Logue School.

Fisher is understood to have had a medical in Arden Street and met Kangaroos coach Alastair Clarkson this week.

According to Jon Ralph of the Herald Sun, he has a four-year contract, with the possibility of a fifth year being triggered.

Fisher played just 12 games last season under Michael Voss, after 22 games in the 2022 campaign, which would lead the Kangaroos to assert that he is surplus to requirements and should be available at a lower cost. Meanwhile, oft-injured Saint Coffield is hoping to revive his career at the Western Bulldogs, Seven’s Mitch Cleary reports.

Coffield was the No. 8 pick in the 2017 draft, but only played 52 games in six seasons due to a series of problems with his body.

He has not played at AFL level since 2021.

The Bulldogs own picks 10, 17, 37, 64, 67 and 70, but, as usual, they will have to think about which picks they will need to match the early offer — with the possibility got the prospect’s father – son Jordan Croft.
At the same time, fans can also hear faint vocals of a classic John Denver song, “Take Me Home, Country Roads.” Anyone who has watched the Lions play home games in Brisbane in recent years will immediately recognize that the song is associated with one of the club’s biggest stars, small forward Charlie Cameron .

At the Gabba, players choose a song to play every time they score a goal.

The real earworm song that parents across the country know by heart, Frozen’s “Let It Go” — yes, we know, you’re singing that song right now — is Daniher’Joe s choice , leader of the Lions team.

“I think it might have been a set-up, I don’t know how much Joe said,” Lions head of brand and marketing Taylor Olzard told the Courier Mail last month.

The MCG’s decision to screen John Denver’s classic at the MCG did not sit well with McGuire.
