If your clock is from the Black Forest and less than 5 years old you should contact the manufacture first because it is propably still under warrenty.
How do you know if it is really from the black forest? it should have come with a Certificate of Authenticity from the Black Forest Clock Association. Here is an example of one.
If yours is older than 5 years you can get your clock serviced at one of the Black Forest Clock Assocciation Worldwide Service Stations, the are currently 13 in the USA. A complete list can be found on at the Black Forest Clock Association
Make sure to CALL the service station before mailing your clock in. They will have special shipping instructions to ensure your clock makes the round trip with out additional damage.
