What’s a Signature Coaching Program & Do You Need One?

Your Signature Program is your main coaching program. It’s your core offer and what you’re known for in your market space.

Whether or not you need one depends on your goals.

If you want to eventually create evergreen courses, build a membership program, or create a mastermind group, a signature program can help you get there.

Why Create a Signature Program?


Your main program will bring in revenue and allows you to build, test, and validate your content in a way that helps your clients reach their goals but it will also help you figure out where you want to go with scaling your business down the road.

One: Your program helps your clients solve a problem.

For example, in my intuitive marketing business, I help my clients create worlds where their clients can learn and achieve their goals.

Two: Your program starts at one point and ends at another.

Your program will take your clients through a journey…and when they complete your program, they they’ll have solved specific problems.

My clients start with not knowing their niche or understanding how important strategic market research is with creating their signature program. They also don’t fully understand yet how to test and validate their program or how to get their first clients.

Three: You’ll initially build your program as you deliver it.

You’ll do this with the help of your process outline for your service…which is like a teaching guide that you’ll develop from your market research.

The first few times you deliver your program, think of it as a pilot that you’ll build & tweak as you go.

The reason you do this is because you don’t want to build out a program before you test and tweak it to make sure it’s a fit to solve your client’s problem.
