What about men?

Gender Inequality has been a great problem for a long time. Many organizations have been made to support Women and help them send their message to the rest of the world without being shut down by some sexist man with backward thinking. But wait. See what I did there? I stereotyped a man, and now every time you think of someone being sexist, you’ll think of a man. That should not be the case. EVER.
Most inequality is being targeted towards women, I accept that, but the small problems that men have are being ignored and getting worse by the minute. Motivational phrases like "Man Up" and “Boys don’t cry" are phrases that boys grow up hearing and continue hearing as men. These small gender 'rules' are hammered into their minds, and they grow up thinking there's something wrong with them if they feel any emotion. Not many people think men face a big problem but it is just as big of a problem as women being told they can’t work…. It prohibits both genders equally from rising to their greatest extent, be it emotionally, mentally, financially or physically. It also shows the extent to which society has control over an individuals choices
Not even men think this is a big problem, using these expressions to ‘encourage’ boys to do better. No organization can help prevent this stereotyping. Its. All. On. US. Us as human beings, us as the future generation of the world, us as caring and kind people and more importantly, US as VOICES. No matter how young, we can tell people to stop this, in order to prevent in the future.
Since a young age, men have also been told that they should be the main provider of their future family. This has placed a big burden on these young kids who grew up and got used to the burden. After having this bent back for years, they just can’t accept the fact that their burden is suddenly going to be lifted by a WOMAN!?!?! This is against what they have been taught for so many years, and they criticize women in order to stay in the norm.
Again, this is all just the sour fruit that we sowed years ago into their minds. This just proves that proper education, not just in studies, but in fair thinking is very important from the start. I believe strongly, that men should be able to cry and feel scared as openly as women can. They should be able to stay at home and relax just as women do, regardless of whether they work or not.
Please do not think that I have asked you to take attention off the major problem of women inequality in the workplace, but I am asking you to please think about this as I put it upon us to help make tomorrow fairer for men.
