In case you missed it, 2 of my cousins and I are attempting to cook our way through the Dinner Tonight Cookbook together. We are taking turns choosing a recipe to make, and are reporting back to each other via text. 

This week's choice was Simple Skillet Beef Shawarma Pg. 144

The Verdict? We LOVED this one. It's a winner. I made this for my parents and Blake & I. We all agreed, it was delicious. Lots of flavor and it hits the spot if you are craving a burger. We ate it all, there were not any leftovers if that gives you an idea of how much we liked it.
