ATTENTION RAILFANS: Framingham to purchase MBTA history to honor its First Mayor (and transition her out of her office).

With proper structural support, one of these EMD F-40’s can go right on top of Memorial building, a lasting monument to and for our dearest leader.

Current State

This wouldn’t be the first train car put atop a building. At the now abandoned Industrial National Bank Building in Providence (AKA the Superman Building), on the roof of the 29th floor, there once sat a antique railway dining car utilized by the bank president as his private Office. Now the building is crumbling and due to a decade plus of non-repair. The rail car is long gone, and the building is at risk of collapse.

If we work really hard at this, we can make this all happen at the Memorial Building by January 1, 2022. Lets help Spicer remain in the spotlight and move her office to a train car on the roof. She’ll have the eyeballs of all passersby’s, and she’ll sit in a big and important looking chair, and push buttons and controls, that aren’t connected to anything.

To her, it will feel a lot like her current office and job function. In her new home, she can continue pushing buttons and being the subject of photographs for years to come.
