THE ANONYMOUS EMAIL:

We have attached an internal document we retrieved from a public source from Stuart v Framingham and Gutwell v Framingham.  The attached complaint filed by Gutwell near the bottom of the page he wrote what happens to police officers who tell on other police officers, it’s amazing how he predicted his future of being a discredited for coming forward.

We reviewed these documents in length as well as others that we will provide in the future and documents you published regarding  Brian Simoneau no longer employed with Framingham police.

A current police deputy investigated these complaints Gutwell filed with the city into Simoneau using the CJIS system as well as the investigation attached.  This document shows an investigation done with recordings and evidence where a police officer was found to have lied in court.  Documents shown in other officers statements of the facts resulted in the guilty finding of this officer and the verification of the Gutwell complaint.  The documents show how this current  deputy reversed the finding based on a meeting with the former police chief and with no supporting evidence to show the facts around the deputies finding totally ignored all the evidence and reversed the guilty finding of this officer.   We have read this over and over again and can’t seem to come to grips as to the rationale of this deputy and his findings except for one thing. Before you read this grab a coffee and get ready to see what spun into all those legal bills from Petrini and associates, and you will also see that one thing.

Moving ahead this same deputy in 2019 according to documents you published. The deputy wrote during his investigation  Simoneau was disciplined in December 2016 with a letter of reprimand, for using CJIS, this does not make much sense as the use of CJIS for personal use which is a criminal offence.

With  police reform pushing full steam ahead. Police are being told to come forward about bad actions by other police officers.
How can the chief of the Framingham Police Department expect this reform to happen and his officers to come forward when a document like this shows what happens to a Framingham police officer who crosses the the thin blue line.
