She is for the most part considered homeless, so like most of the homeless in this city, she pretty much can get away with murder…

Today Powell was taken into custody after an altercation in a downtown apartment on Thursday where a man by the name of Sean Pelfrey was stabbed. Pelfrey for the most part is also homeless. Powell was arrested today and charged initially with was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Word on the street is that Powell may be additionally charged with attempted murder. Powell has been accused of being a police rat, giving good info to police when the heat on her, as a bargaining chip.
The victim Pelfrey is said to be stable and in the hospital. His stab wound was in the arm.
