Just before 10pm on Thursday evening we recieved the tip below:

While we know who David Bradford is, we didn’t know what this was in relation to, but it seems that during the predawn hours of Thursday, at 3AM Bradford was caught in the act by an off-duty police officer in Natick.
Shortly before 3AM a light sleeping resident awoke to a car driving down the road. It was driving with no headlights, and it stopped across the street. A man got out, and tried the opening the doors to two cars parked at that house. Fortunately both were locked.
The man went on to cross the street to the witnesses driveway, when the witness went to wake up his dad, a off-duty Natick police officer.
The officer went outside and confronted the man he immediately recognizeed as David Bradford.
Bradford has been arrested 50+ times for breaking in to vehicles. He has a 70 page criminal record.
Bradford is seen on surveillance cameras regularly doing his late night rounds in his district of Natick and Framingham.
Thursday night, he added a few more pages to his criminal record, adding charges of two counts of attempting to commit a crime, one count each for disturbing the peace – subsequent, driving with a suspended license, and conspiracy to commit a crime.
With Bradford, his accomplice, Jessamine Gillman-Vorm, who was in the car with him, was also arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit a crime. She already had an active warrant out of Worcester charging her with shoplifting.
Both were released without bail and told to return on July 6.
I guess in this economy would be detrimental to Bradford if the judge were to take away his livelihood. Heck Bradford has an established district, and business has been and still is good.
The people he is stealing from, have jobs, and their losses negligible, right?
Does one’s perceived safety not matter anymore? Should neighborhoods feel safe?
Have we been advertising by judicial inaction that Framingham and Natick are safe from prosecution and ripe for the picking of petty thieves?
Guess we will be seeing more of Bradford terrorizing the people of greater Framingham once again. Lock your doors. The district judges don’t live in the cities they serve. They are not the victims of Bradford. They just don’t care.
