We all know that sleep, food, water, and exercise are necessary to live the healthiest Lifestyle possible. These days, there's more of an understanding that psychological well-being is important too. But, there's no one size fits all solution. People have to form healthy habits around their lifestyle; family commitments, work, and health considerations.
