2023 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival

EPCOT’s 2023 Food and Wine Festival will be held for a total of 115 days from July 27 to November 18. While it does seem like a long time. It is actually shorter than the past couple of years. It is shorter by a full two weeks.

Just because this year’s Food and Wine Festival will be shorter than the last couple of years doesn’t mean it won’t be packed full of amazing food. Besides all the food to try you can take in some live music too. The Eat to the Beat Concert Series is back at it again. See Tiffany, the Bacon Brothers, 98 degrees, Hoobastank and more.

Is the Food and Wine Festival at EPCOT the right stop for you on your Disney vacation? Hopefully, by the end of this article you will have your answer. The quick answer is YES! Yes it is. Just based on all  the different food from around the world you can try.

Food Booths

As of right now Disney hasn’t announced what food booths are going to be at the festival or the different menus that will be available. Once we get that info we will update this.

In 2022 there were 29 booths in total. We expect this to be the same for 2023. Some booths that are always there (at least the past couple of years) are Canada (Cheddar soup and Filet), Earth Eats (impossible meat), Mexico, France, Germany, and many others.

Just remember to bring plenty of money with you if you want to try everything. Food costs between $4 and $8 per serving on average. Drinks will run you between $5 and $9 each. Just keep in mind that this is the average cost. Some of the drink flights and specialty cocktails can cost $11 or more. The Filet at  the Canada Food Booth is over $9.

Another thing to remember is the serving sizes. This isn’t a full meal for under $10. These are small portions like only  a couple of bites. The drinks are usually smaller too. Although, you can find some places that do have full size drinks.

Eat to the Beat

Eat to the Beat is a concert series that is held on select days during the Food and Wine Festival. Show times are normally nightly at 530pm, 645pm, and 8pm at the America Gardens Theatre. You don’t need a separate ticket to see any of these acts. You can purchase an Eat to the Beat Dining Package but it’s really not worth the extra money to guarantee a seat in the theater. Most of the time and for most of the groups you can still find seats. They probably won’t be front and center but than again, is there really a bad seat in the America Gardens Theatre?

Below are all the dates and artists who will be performing.

The Food and Wine Festival is one of my favorite times to come and visit Walt Disney World and EPCOT. I usually try to plan my trip every year around this time. We just love all the wonderful food. We also always try to try something new. Something we normally wouldn’t even consider trying.

Have you visited the Food and Wine festival before? Do you plan on visiting this year? Let us know in the comments below.
