Randy Orton asks WWE legend The Rock for match at WrestleMania 36 and even asks John Cena to make it happen – The Rock has responded

The Rock made an emphatic return to WWE last Friday when he appeared on the company’s first-ever show on the FOX Network.

The 10-time world champion is now the highest-grossing actor in all of Hollywood, but he still found time to make it to Los Angeles for the big show.

After sharing the ring with Becky Lynch and Baron Corbin, WWE fans remembered just how entertaining The Rock is inside the squared circle and that gave Randy Orton an idea.

The 13-time world champion wants to face his fellow third-generation superstar at WrestleMania.

Of course, the two have faced each other at WrestleMania before, but it was a handicap tag team match way back in 2004 at WrestleMania 20. Orton was part of Evolution with Batista and Ric Flair while Rock was alongside Mick Foley.

The Rock responded to Orton on Twitter after Hell in a Cell last night and it seems as though the Great One is politely declining.

He did, however, shower praise on Orton in the process.

It’s widely believed that The Rock may well wrestle once or twice before he is officially done and Roman Reigns remains the favourite to get that nod.
