MEDITATION - A MEDICATION

Hey one,

                We are humans and as likely we are surrounded by people. We travel , we hear , we talk , every inch of our actions go into our mind . The mind is a whole lot of beautiful mess. Let me dig in !!

MIND - IN IT'S OWN COURSE





The mind being controlled by you happens rarely in this Generation. People fill it with whole lot of stuff , so it's common that you often mess up and end up being in mind's control.

It's been a few years since the society has become heavy. I term it heavy beacuse people have developed over the years , they carry more than what they should. So , the process of mind being dumped with unnecessary stuff is inevitable. 

THE HEAVY SOCIETY




A small tale to justify the word "heavy"

This is from a personal study of mine. When I take a 15 year old boy from 20 th century and compare it with a 13 year old boy in 21st century. The results just blew me away. 

It is completely a different game in 21 st century. The 13 year old boy's mental status is far more greater than 15 year old one. I mean , these generation people just take in a lot of stuff from outside. So, they eventually end up learning more from the society, but this was not the story in the 20th century.

People ought to stress out due to this and have been searching for a cure to calm down their mind.

THE MEDICATION




Concentrating on a one particular thing is a very tough task, as I should say in this generation. The mind goes into thinking about 1000 things , when we are trying to concentrate on one particular thing. Thus, the struggle for a cure to this problem continues.]

The medication in"Meditation" .

Well people, Meditation as I would define personally , is what you do to attain peace, success, stability in character, and much more. 

If you wanna get enlightened and be away from all the negative trauma of the society, then meditation is the key. It's so powerful that its been followed through the generations of human life. 

It changes you , it develops you, it builds up the positivity in you and when you attain all of these you are at the top of your world. 

THE BEGINNERS TROUBLE




Dealing with the imaginative fact that meditation is so hard to make it habitual , it's clearly not the way you think.

We carry so much, its so hard for us to leave it all behind and keep the mind empty. Meditation is all about stabilizing the mind.

The way it works is simple in other terms complicated but all you have to do is practice it for a period of  21 days. It reduces the stress in mind. Thus, allowing you to concentrate well and also attain peace.

 FINAL SAY

The thoughts in your mind may come and go but you are the one who will be staying permanently. 

Do not let them take over and ruin you, keep the mind in your control and its you who will be the charge!
