Bridgestone appoints Publicis Sapient for its multi-market Adobe Experience Manager rollout

Publicis Sapient, the digital transformation hub of Publicis Groupe has partnered with Bridgestone to migrate their consumer websites for Bridgestone China and Asia Pacific, with the intent to improve its customer experience.

This sees Publicis Sapient partnering with the world’s largest tyre and rubber company to ease its users’ digital experience on the business’ consumer websites by unifying disparate country sites onto a single platform under Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), as well as delivering a consistent user experience to the public across ‘contactable channels’ – web, mobile, phone, etc.
