My First Day with Hip Shake Fitness

Today was the day. I got up at 6 am and was ready to get started with my new workout. I got my water, turned on my computer and was ready for my first day with Hip Shake Fitness. Then I waited and I waited and I waited, my computer decided today to not load webpages, the wheel just kept spinning and spinning. After 25 Minutes I gave up. I no longer had time to workout and knew it may not happen as I am usually so tired when I get home. First Day with Hip Shake Fitness, was a fail.

So I thought, the good news is I had energy when I got home and my computer decided to work, so I did get a chance to try out my chosen workout program and I have to say I really enjoyed it. I am doing there Closet Gangster program that focuses on old school hip hop moves. Check out this video to see more about it.

Why I decided on the hip hop program

I chose this one because it’s the only one with a description that includes the words weight loss. Now I know many of you are thinking that’s crazy. However, I figure there will be many people who don’t know what to choose. Because the hip hop program includes those keywords, that one may be the program that most of you are interested in.

The first video was so easy to follow and explained the moves well. I’m really looking forward to tomorrows video. However, I am a bit worried about it as the next day is a rest day. It does look like after two workouts you get one day break. I’m not sure if I’m going to rest or if I’m going to do some weights or yoga those days.
