Motivational Weight Loss and Weigh in.

This week has been crazy. In a good way. I have been doing a lot of work on my blogs, planning a new social media marketing company and still finding time to work out. However, I did not work out every day and when I didn’t I noticed a difference. Not just in my energy level, but also in my mindset. That said, I normally don’t work out on the weekends, but I’m trying something new and spitting up my days a bit. So far I’m pretty happy with it.

Now, I just need to find a way to get my mind back in order on the days I don’t work out. I do have a day job, but the reality is I’m not happy there, I love what I do and the people are great, but it’s not what I want anymore.

Motivational Weight Loss

I’m sure I am not the only one feeling this way, but what worries me is how this mindset from work can affect weight loss. I find when I have a bad day at work, I come home and want to eat everything in sight. I know its emotional eating and I’m trying to find ways to work around it.I’ve done a bit of research on Motivational weight loss, that have helped. Here are a few tips for you if you’re doing the same.

  1. Leave notes for yourself with motivational quotes or sayings.
  2. Workout before work.
  3. Meditate
  4. Give in to the chocolate craving, but just a little

These are so far four things I have found work. I know when I crave Chocolate, I need chocolate. It doesn’t matter what I eat if I want chocolate, nothing else works. I keep 90% dark chocolate in my freezer so I can just grab a bit and be happy.

Leaving myself notes with words of encouragement not only help with my work out, but with my life too. Working out in the morning helps me keep my workouts on track before I go to work and get stressed. And meditating after work helps me to relax.

So has this helped? Well, here is my weigh in this week. And I realize I didn’t do a post last week, things got crazy, so the weight before is from two weeks ago.

What do you do to keep your weight loss on track?
