... Went to L.A. (Part 3)

Tags: trip beach love
We have finally made it guys! The last part of my Los Angeles Trip is finally here!
The well known Santa Monica Pier was really cute and would’ve been better had we made it there earlier in the day. Its still worth a visit, the Ferris Wheel is amazing and so are the burritos
We wondered out onto the Beach were there was a silent disco going on (how rad?). I put my feet in the ice cold blue Pacific Ocean, which was a first for me, but definitely not a last. Counting down the days until I feel the ice cold water bury my toes and morph them into frozen piggies.
Do you believe in magic? In three young girls hearts, that the music can free them whenever it starts? Well more magic played in day 3 of our trip when we got into Disneyland for FREE. Oh the magic! Katie, Bella and myself probably used up all of our good karma from the universe on this trip, thats how great everything worked out.
Disney is awesome! While you have to know pretty cool people to get the deal we did, if you can, Disney is worth a stop on this trip (you could do it in a day or two).
Ah, Venice Beach. A part of LA that I personally was looking forward to seeing the entire time we were there. The sand was beautiful and the art work and shops that lined the beach were even better.
We wondered in and out of shops but finally we found one that caught our attention; House of Ink. TATTOOS; yes, we Love them, yes we crave them, and yes we got matching tattoos on Venice beach to remember our time in LA together. No matter how basic of a request it was, Matt Smith (@mattsmithtattoos ; tattoo artist) stepped up to the challenge. I know for sure that when I’m back in LA for another tattoo, Matt Smith is where I’m going.
Chinatown and Little Tokyo were also amazing to see. The culture is so alive and its only an hour metro ride from North Hollywood where we were staying. At least 50 % of my souvenirs came from these two locations, I’m weak when it comes to
Asain culture. I love elephants, I have little Buddha statues in more than one place around my bedroom and I also acquired some Fu Dog statutes while there. So if you enjoy either culture even a little bit, you will love these stops off of the metro.
L.A. was a new adventure for me and I fell in love with the city; the feel, the weather, the attitude, and the public transportation. L.A. you haven’t heard the last from me!
