Look back at the years when you touched a paintbrush and created this gorgeous piece of art or when you held that guitar and started strumming like Eric Clapton. There is this sublime skill you possess that, at time goes wandering time and again.

    Use your internal energy

The energy you can put behind a task is incomparable, so do one thing every day that Scares YOU.This way you will start curbing that energy and developing traits to yourself that you never knew about.

For example: If you’re scared of heights, go regularly to the tallest diving board and jump. It will be scary the first time but then you will enjoy it and eventually go for a swim.

  1. You’re someone who will never take NO for a CHALLENGE

    Challenge addiction

Don’t challenge yourself to stop doing that thing you’re addicted to. Trust me, it NEVER works.In turn challenge yourself to do something someone who you admires does and try outdoing the person in it.

E.g. Out of the 100 marathons that happen, why don’t you try taking part in 1 of them, the most convenient one.Track how fast the person you are competing with is doing and try to do better.

I’ll tell you a Secret; the actual competition is always with yourself.

Don’t give chance to a negative addiction of any kind; overcome addiction tendency and turn it into a superpower and a friend!
