This edition marks BBMag’s two-year anniversary. This milestone was only made possible thanks to our dedicated readership; so let me start by thanking all our readers for their loyal support. As the old saying goes, “Time waits for no man”, and with this in mind we have compiled a quick guide for history buffs out there, with must-do days out, just outside London.

This edition is bursting with news about upcoming events, including a busy schedule for live Brazilian music in the UK, LGBT parades throughout the world’s capitals and the ever-popular Book Club run by the Embassy of Brazil in London. All this as the sun (finally) seems to be cooperating in London; the summer months promise to be a worthy of even the most tropical of countries!

Brazilian cuisine is one of the main focuses this time around, as we profile the best in modern Brazilian gastronomy. Our exclusive cover story takes a look at how Brazilian Cuisine is taking the world by storm, whilst plating up some of the country’s more quintessential dishes and their fascinating history.

We also put some typical Brazilian dancing under the spotlight, as well Brazilian singers, Anitta and André Luz. Like always, we have all latest travel information, including a feature on a sublime holiday destination: Alter do Chão, home to the most beautiful freshwater beaches in the world.

Talking of holidays, we also visit one of Europe’s hotspots, Veneto in Italy, and sample the region’s spectacular golf courses, spas and cultural attractions.

For businesses looking to make the most of this alluring backdrop visit www.bbmag.co.uk, which features, in addition to our exclusive BBMAG Business Directory, a whole host of other information relating to all things Brazilian.

I hope you enjoy this issue as much as we did preparing it!

Happy reading!

Cheers
