Hah. After saying I was back, I in fact have not been back. But I'm here now. How are you all? I am Tired. Permanently Tired. I've decided that's just who I am now, a permanently tired zombie.

 

So, what's been happening? I have been working (it's the highlight of my week), muming and that's about it. I have not been exercising. I have been looking after myself a little bit.  

This is your reminder to get your checks done. I had my first mammogram last month. A few weeks later I had my second mammogram. It was a very scary time. When I had my first mammogram they told me that it's quite normal to get called back after your first test and to try not to Worry. I got called back after my first test. I tried not to worry, it was very difficult not to worry. Waiting for the results of the second test was the worst part. Thankfully, there was nothing to worry about. Regardless, it was not a pleasant experience. Despite that I will continue to have my mammograms every two years as recommended. I'm also about to do the bowel cancer test that came in the mail. Then I'll be doing my pap smear. I've already had my skin check. Next after that is the dentist. So many checks but they all need to be done. 

 

So, what's been happening? How are you all? Anything interesting to tell me?

 

We're counting down until the school holidays. Three weeks to go. I'm looking forward to the rest. To lazy days where we do whatever we feel like, no schedule, no rushing around. Just rest and relaxation.
