Behaviour

What matters is not how you look, but how others see you.

It's said that attitude defines one's personality. And one of attitude's chief components is behaviour. How you handle a situation has far reaching consequences, on how people perceive you, than how to dodge a situation. However, scientists and managers alike feel your behaviour in all circumstances can be categorised in any of the following heads described below.

Aggressive: People who tend to show a lot of angry emotions, can be classified out here. They simply can't resist things not going their way, or people having opinions different to theirs! Bad Character, it is to possess.

Passive: Have you seen somebody in a 'don't care' state of mind? Whatever happens to others, why should I bother? After all, it doesen't concern me! Err.. Are you one of those kind? Please remember that your surroundings have a great effect on you! Better don't possess a passive behaviour!

Passive-Aggressive: Another bad character, I suppose. Your friends might be silently cursing you that you are reading this content out here, even if it is with their knowledge! Beware, mostly they turn out to be back-stabbers. Cut their friendship! I hope you aren't the one to fall in this category.

Assertive: The hall mark of a leader, this behaviour helps the person as well as those influenced by that person achieve great things in life. Truly, I wish everyone to be like this, to make the world a better place to live.

After all, if you can convince others around you for good, you are assertive, no? All that matters is how they look at you, and not what you show them.
