Joe Biden isn't Karl Marx. And yet the American right believes his climate plan is a communist manifesto...? Funny, they said the same thing about Medicare, Medicaid, the New Deal and other social programs they eventually embraced. 

And even as the GOP (still) tries to overturn the ACA (Affordable Care Act), the health care plan grows in popularity, since there's still no alternative.
