A Woman was disgusted to learn that her underage son was cheating on his girlfriend by sleeping with the girlfriend’s mother.
The woman called the Police to report the sex abuse and police arrested 44-year-old Claudia Yaneth Lopez of Texas.
According to police, Lopez was taken into custody after she admitted to having sex with her daughter’s teenage boyfriend.
The investigation began when the boy’s mother called the Pharr Police Department.
Officers interviewed the woman, who said that she checked her son’s phone and found a suggestive text message.
Police did not disclose the boy’s age but said that he was under 17 years old. The boy admitted to having sex with the much older woman. Lopez was charged with sexual assault of a child, which is a second-degree felony.
