Indiabulls Housing Finance will announce Fourth Quarter results today, 24 April 2017. The company said that in terms of the board authorisation dated 21 October 2016, it has allotted its 20th tranche of NCDs of face value Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 25 crore, on Friday, 21 April 2017.

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) is also announcing fourth quarter results today. The company started commercial production from its CBM (coal bed methane) block SP- CBM-2001/1 from 24th March 2017 and is presently supplying CBM for commissioning the Shahdol Phulpur Pipeline.

Dr Reddy’sLaboratories has announced the start of Progesterone Capsules in the US Market. The drug has been approved by the USFDA. The announcement was made on Friday, 21 April 2017.

The Great Eastern Shipping Company stated that board meeting will be held on 5 May 2017 to consider issue of NCDs upto an amount not exceeding Rs 1,000 crore by way of private placement during the year. The company will also announce fourth quarter results on that day. The announcement was made on 21 April 2.

Shares of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited will also be in limelight today. Sun Pharmaceutical clarified that company’s Dadra facility passed an inspection by USFDA recently. It is in the process of responding to the USFDA for the Form-483 observation letter issued for the Dadra facility.
