While there are still coronavirus restrictions in place that restrict property viewings and subsequent transactions, the guys believe that their Truffull website will appeal to property investors across the country.
Also the property market has shown signs of recovery recently so they believed it was a very good time to launch their portal. We believe that they were right to launch now but only time will tell if this works out well for them.
Upturn in the UK Property Market
A number of property developers say that they are experiencing an upturn in the level of enquiries that they have received recently. They put this down to a pent up demand from investors to get moving again now that there is an easing of lockdown restrictions.
