Seller Stamp Duties (SSD) rates see slight cuts: On properties Held less than a year, the Ssd Rate was cut from 16% to 12%; on those held between one and two years, the SSD rate was cut from 12% to 8%; on those held between two and three years, the SSD rate was cut from 8%; on those held between three and four years, the SSD rate was cut from 4% to no amount payable. Regulations on the total debt servicing ratio (TDSR) will also be removed on mortgage equity withdrawal loans...(continued)
