How quickly time flies!!

I was a young man in my early thirties back then, desperately trying to navigate the choppy waters that followed the credit crunch – not an easy time for the international real estate and investment Industry.

There are parallels today in 2019, particularly in the UK, where the flow of discretionary investors has dried up to a comparative trickle.

The market has been hit buy a powerful combination of Brexit uncertainty, the Buy to Let tax, increases in stamp duty, as well as high profile industry disasters such as Lendy, Northern Powerhouse Developments and of course London Capital Finance.

But in some ways there has never been a better time to be in business!

There are so many tools, platforms and services available to help entrepreneurs and marketers in their quest to efficiently reach new customers in all corners of the globe.

I absolutely love being at the forefront of this industry and never tire of reading, watching and testing things out that will help push my business and my expertise forwards.

So to celebrate 10 years of ownership, I thought it was time to freshen up the website so that it better reflects what we do today and who we do it for.
