NCLAT rules in favour of Salman Khan
The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on April 21, 2023 refused to issue a restraining order against Salman Khan from terminating the contract of his 27,000 sq ft commercial property effective April 30, 2023 that was leased to Future retail for operations of their food and beverage store, Foodhall. The please was moved by Koinonia Coffee Pvt Ltd, which is also owned by the same subsidiary and runs coffee shops at Foodhall stores.
