The Kollywood industry has some of the best actors in Indian cinema – one of them being superstar Rajinikanth’s son-in-law, Dhanush. Dhanush presently lives in Alwarpet, with his wife Aishwarya and two children. Recently, Dhanush bought a land worth Rs 25 crores in Poes Garden, to build a new abode for his family. The land is close to the house of superstar Rajinikanth, his father-in-law. Poes Garden is one of the most posh localities in Chennai and is home to some of the well-known and famous personalities in Chennai, including the late chief minister of Tamil Nadu, J Jayalalithaa’s home.

Dhanush performed the bhoomi pujan for his newly-bought Poes Garden land in February 2021. Superstar Rajinikanth along with his wife Latha, were spotted at the ceremony, along with Dhanush and Aishwarya.
