Taj Residencia Islamabad: Latest Updates and Investment Prospects

Taj Residencia is a residential project of Pak Gulf Construction (Pvt) Ltd, the developers of Centaurus Mall. The project has created a lot of anticipation and hasn’t disappointed so far.

Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has granted NOC to Taj Residencia. The development work is ongoing. Taj Residencia is yet to be officially launched. However, four out of eleven blocks have already been developed and this is one of the selling points for this project.

Taj Residencia is located parallel to CDA sector I-14 and I-15 Islamabad. Its entrance opens onto I-14/15 Link Road, providing easy access to all the areas of Islamabad.

The housing society is expected to be launched in January or February next year.

Development, Prices, and Payment plan

As mentioned before, development work has been completed in four blocks A, B, C, and D. Other blocks are being developed. Moreover, you can also gain possession in these blocks and begin the construction of your house on just 50% payment. Isn’t that amazing?

Some of the sellers are even demanding a premium for plots in development blocks, which averages around PKR 200,000. When the project gets officially launched early next year, the prices are going to be revised. It is expected that PKR 700,000 will be added to the prices of each category of the plots.

Investment Prospects

The level and pace of development make Taj Residencia Islamabad an ideal investment opportunity. Due to the rapid pace of the development, it can be expected that families will be living in the developed blocks within a year.

The developers of Taj Residencia are keen to develop the project quickly. This will set the tone and increase the expectations of the people. Pak Gulf Construction is keen to set a good benchmark. It will enable them to expand further within this project and then further into other cities of Pakistan.

Taj Residencia Islamabad should be considered for long-term investment. You might get good returns in short-term but much higher returns are expected in the long run.

Investors are recommended to invest in the undeveloped blocks. The category plots would be the best option there. So when the prices are revised, the additional amount will be automatically added to these prices.

Considering the brisk pace of development, new blocks might be developed soon as well, which means that an asking premium may be added within a year as well. Hence, translating into high returns.
