Capital Smart City Islamabad is a new project launched by Future Development Holdings Pvt. Limited in order to help cater with the increased residential need of the twin cities. It is a unique housing plan, neighboring Islamabad Motorway (M2) exit, on a 5 minutes drive from the New Islamabad International Airport, and with a distance of 22 min drive from the centers of both Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
All NOCs have been approved by the concerned authorities and can be easily checked from Rawalpindi Development Authority. This Project is associated with Habib Rafiq Pvt. Ltd., partnered by FWO, and designed by Norman Foster Meinhardt Group Singapore.

Payments and Investments:
The brochure details the plans Capital Smart City has to offer, on residential and commercial basis. Measured spaces of 5 to 10 marlas for residential clients, whereas the plots for constructing farmhouses vary from 20, 10 and 5 kanal.
