On Thursday, during the morning trade on NSE, following were some of the stocks those were most traded stocks. Suzlon Energy emerged as the most traded Stock on NSE with over 1.51 crore shares changing hands.

On the other hand some other shares those were most traded on NSE are PC Jeweller that has 1.12 number of shares traded and Reliance Communications, which has 1.06 Crore Shares Traded. Adani Power also has 0.94 crore shares traded on NSE today. Adani Enterprises, State Bank of India and Canara Bank also were among the most traded stocks on NSE.

On Thursday, the equity benchmarks touched fresh record high on buying in bank, financial, auto and teck stocks in the midst of sustained capital inflow and positive global cues. On the last session it was seen that the short-covering of bets of the futures and options contracts of July series and strengthening rupee against the dollar, kept the overall market sentiment high. Today, the NSE Nifty index was trading 29 points up at 11,161, while the BSE Sensex was up 93 points at 36,951 around 10 am.

Out of total 50 stocks of Nifty 50, 28 stocks were trading in the green in the Nifty index, and rest 22 stocks were trading in the red.

Top gainers of the Nifty index are Ultratech Cement, Indiabulls Housing Finance, State Bank of India, Grasim Industries and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, while the top losers in the Nifty index are Tech Mahindra, Bharti Infratel, Asian Paints, Wipro and HCL Technologies.
