Today, during the morning trade, most of the realty stocks were reeling under selling pressure. The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.87 percent down at 279 around 11:40 am, with Housing Development & Infrastructure as the top loser. Phoenix Mills, Unitech, and Sobha were also suffering losses.
Shares of Godrej Properties, DLF and Brigade Enterprises also found themselves among the losers. Meanwhile, Oberoi Realty and Indiabulls Real Estate were up with mild gains. Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 22 points at 10,606, while the BSE Sensex was 44 points down at 34,968.

Based on the study of volatility indicators, technical analysts decide the range of buying and selling of stocks.
