In Youtube, sometimes a Playlist doesn't load in the selection box when 'add to' is invoked - especially when you have more than 30 playlists.
In this case, you might have to manually add a particular video to the playlist.

- Login to YouTube.
- On the top left corner, click your profile photo icon, in the drop-down box, select 'My Channel'
- Click 'Playlists' tab.
- Click on the playlist which you want to add the new video.
- Click on the playlist title again (inside the box of the playlist's videos), this will load the page which shows the edit button.
- Click the edit button, this will load the page which allows you to add or remove videos from the playlist.
- Click 'Add videos' button
- Follow instructions from thereon.
