Nevada provider Satview Broadband, seeking advanced broadband tools and customer service, moves to ZCorum’s VoIP and Full Service Offerings from another broadband services provider.
Alpharetta, GA (July 21, 2016) – Zcorum, an industry leader in the deployment of managed diagnostics tools for Broadband providers announced that they will be transitioning over several key broadband services for Satview Broadband from another managed services provider. The agreement gives Satview a comprehensive suite of services including device provisioning for data and voice customers, broadband diagnostics, network monitoring, engineering services and 24/7/365 end-user support.

Based in Reno, Nevada, Satview has operations in Nevada and California and has been serving its subscribers since 2001. Today Satview provides cable TV, Internet and VoIP services for both residential and business customers.
Prior to signing with ZCorum, Satview had been receiving diagnostic support tools and VoIP services from another service provider but had begun looking for a solution that offered better customer service and more Advanced Broadband Tools than what they had.
As part of the move to ZCorum, Satview will be receiving around the clock technical support for its data, voice and video subscribers, along with network monitoring and engineering support from ZCorum staff. In addition, they will also receive access to TruVizion, ZCorum’s patented cable modem and CMTS diagnostic application, as well as its companion mobile app for phones and tablets.
In addition, Satview will be moving their VoIP service over to VoiSelect, ZCorum’s voice offering for residential and business customers.
