What is happening if we want to Install OS but doesn’t supported by cd/dvd room; ex; notebook, surely we will need to install OS through other devices such as; pendrive or eksternal device,
It doesn’t matter how to install it.. the big problem is how to make usb device, or your pendrive could be a virtual cd……
here we will show you how to make it..
first download all these USB_PREP8, Bootsect.exe,
CD XP or WIN 7
Ekstrak Bootsect.exe, also USB_prep8
Doble click usb_prep8.cmd
click any key to continue
then open Pe to Usb
After you have format it... please don’t close it
Then open your command prompt(start –> run—> type cmd) find your Bootsect.exe
I always put this file on c: so it makes me easy to find…., if you put it on directory or Folder ..do not forget to type what folder you have put it.
my version c:bootsect.exe /nt52 I:
if you put it on folder c:/foldername/bootsect.exe /nt52 I: (I is my usb location) change it according to your usb location..
then click Enter “Bootcode was successfully updated on all targeted volumes.” should show up…
type 1 then enter, (find the cd or dvd)/ source for virtual
type 2 then enter, type the default, it usually g or h, according to your hard disk
type 3 then enter, find your usb location
type 4 for excetution, coping data from cd or dvd to usb.. it will take 30 minutes…
finish…you are able to install xp or win 7 from your usb
