Microsoft to Offer "Paste Preview" in Office 2010

Microsoft is going to offer "Paste Preview" in Office 2010 to make the user's task much easier. The most common commands people use in Microsoft Office is Copy and Paste and once the copied content is pasted, the most used command is Undo. Most of the users use Undo command after pasting the material as they think "they shouldn't have copied the content" or "the copied content is not useful".

To avoid this regret that "I shouldn't have done that", Microsoft is offering a Paste Preview option in the latest version of Office - Office 2010. Microsoft is hoping the paste preview option will help solve that problem. It is also counting on that that and other new features will add up to make Office 2010 a compelling upgrade even though it is not the major overhaul seen with the last release, Office 2007.
