Hey guys,

Yesterday was a productive day in terms of making the BritList experience more interactive. Not only did I use all of my technical expertise to create this blog (well, maybe with a little help from my friends - these templates are a pain to change) but we also introduced a load of topic related forums to the BritList site.

These forums can be used by you guys for virtually anything. For example, you can go on the home & garden forum to swap tips on getting wine stains out of the carpet (I’d be interested in this!) Or you can go on the audio & visual forum simply to let everyone know what your favourite colour Ipod is, a bit random I know but I’m sure there are people out there who would be interested?

A quick heads up - we will be introducing a new events calendar to the site in the next couple of days, which will allow you to promote your date specific events. My hope is that this calendar will eventually become a definitive guide to absolutely everything interesting going on in your area. Again you guys can be creative with this - put your thinking caps on and come up with a few events that you think people will be interested in, even if it’s just a street party.
