Studio Bytten confirmed that the game Cassette Beasts, recognized for its mechanics similar to the Pokémon franchise, will have a multiplayer mode available starting on May 20th. The news accompanies the announcement that the title will be adapted for mobile devices, including Android and iOS.

Cassette Beasts features gameplay reminiscent of classic Pokémon games, with elements of exploration and monster collecting. Similar to Pokémon, players can capture creatures and train them to battle, but with the innovative feature of the “Fusion System”, which allows for the combination of “beasts” to create new ones with unique abilities.

Currently, Cassette Beasts is available for PC, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch, and is part of the Game Pass catalog. The specific release date for mobile phones has not been announced yet, but the developers indicate that it will be in the near future.
