Entrepreneur Craig Dubitsky (@hello.founder) was at his local pharmacy in 2012 when he noticed something off about toothpaste: Every brand had hard-to-pronounce ingredients and language about killing or destroying. Teeth, Dubitsky thought, should be about smiling. That year, he founded the oral care company @helloproducts around natural ingredients and pleasant packaging. The Montclair, New Jersey-based venture soon became America's fastest-growing oral care brand; by 2020, its products were on shelves in 45,000 stores. Later that year, Colgate-Palmolive acquired the company for a reported $351 million. Dubitsky stuck around post-acquisition but left in 2022 to do what he loves most: thinking up his next idea. Link in bio for how avoiding an exit strategy led Hello Products to a $351 million sale. #business #trending #news #newsmegazine #instrdaily
