However, the journey towards Android 15 for Samsung users won't be immediate. Google plans to finalize Android 15 by July, with Samsung requiring additional time to integrate it with the next version of One UI (One UI 7). This means Galaxy device owners will face a considerable wait before experiencing the new software.

The selection process for the devices listed above takes into account several factors. Devices that initially shipped with Android 13 are likely candidates for Android 15 upgrades. Additionally, flagship and mid-range phones eligible for four years of OS upgrades should receive Android 15, as per Samsung's update policy.
