Will quit politics if even one corruption allegation is proved, Governor KP

PESHAWAR: Governor KPK (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) Ghulam Ali has said that he will quit politics if even a single allegation of corruption against him is proven. 

Speaking with the media in Peshawar, Governor Ghulam Ali said that I have no disagreement with the leader of any political party.

The governor said that the President of the Awami National Party (ANP) KP, Amil Wali Khan, is younger than me and like a nephew. 

He further said that the allegations continue to be made, but I say this with certainty, there is no truth to any of the allegations. He said that if authorities can prove the transfer of posting with a recommendation against him, then he will quit.

The KP Governor also said that like the Prime Minister, I consider it my duty to be in the service of the people at all times. 

He said that the workers of PML-N, ANP, PPP, and other allied parties have always been welcomed. It should be noted that the Awami National Party is constantly expressing distrust of Governor KP.
