Turmeric Face Mask:
Turmeric is one of those ingredients that not only make your skin glow but its healing properties help in relieving inflammation, giving you smoother and brighter skin!
And, it is extremely simple to make at home!
- Blend 1 teaspoon of turmeric in 1 tablespoon of honey
- Apply the mixture on a clean and dry face and leave it on for about 15 minutes
- Wash it off with warm water
- Use your moisturizer to end the routine
Do this three to four times every week and you will see the results!
Almond Mask:
Almond masks are great to get radiant skin and they are super easy to make! Almonds help to reduce pigmentation on the skin, thanks to the copper found in them. It is also great for skin hydration since it contains Linoleic acid. The milk helps with the calcium which is again, an excellent ingredient for skin,
- Start by soaking 4 or 5 almonds in milk overnight
- The following day, peel off the skin and mash the almonds and milk together to make a paste
- Apply a very thin layer of the mask on your face and leave it for the night
- Wash it off in the morning with water
Avocado Face Mask:
Did you know that avocados are often used in facials? Yes, they are an amazing source of vitamins and proteins and hence, really good for your skin.
You are just a few steps away from getting glowing and bright skin!
- Take off the avocado’s peel and mash it until it is smooth
- Mix the mashed avocado with lemon juice and egg whites
- Apply it to your face gently and keep it on for 30 minutes
- Rinse it off and finish the routine with your favorite moisturizer
Honey Face Mask:
This Face mask is literally a lifesaver! I use it quite often and now my skin is radiant as ever. This mask is perfect for those women who have blemishes, scars, and dark spots from previous acne.
But please note that it contains lemon juice which is quite a powerful ingredient for frequent use, so restrict its use to 2 times a week maximum.
- Take 2 teaspoons of raw honey and mix it well with half a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
- Apply the concoction on your face for 20 to 30 minutes
- Rinse it off thoroughly
Carrot and Honey Face Mask for Sensitive Skin:
You have to be very careful about what you put onto your face if you have sensitive skin because it gets irritated quite easily. Lucky for you, I have just the right Face Mask to give you glowing skin without causing any irritation at all!
The carrots will renew the dead skin cells, hence reducing the dark spots, and the honey works as an antibacterial that will help prevent breakouts and acne.
- Take 2 to 3 carrots, peel them, wash them, and then mash them
- Mix 2-3 teaspoons of honey into the mashed carrots
- Apply the paste on your face and neck and keep it on for at least 15 minutes
- Wash it off to get radiant and flawless skin
Repeat this 2 to 3 times a week and you will find yourself with flawless, glowing skin!
