uqwo.com – 10 Best Architects and Developers Version Bci Asia Awards 2022 , This year, BCI Central again held an annual property event, namely the 2022 BCI Asia Awards. The event was held in 7 countries in Asia, namely Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
As in previous years, the BCI Asia Awards 2022, which is the 17th award event, also again appreciates the 10 most active architectural consultants and property development companies in Indonesia in the series of BCI Asia Top 10 Awards awarding events at the Ritz Carlton Pacific Place Hotel Jakarta (23 /8/2022).
“The portfolio of this top architectural firm consists of property projects worth US$ 2.159 billion or Rp. 32.2 trillion which is scheduled to start construction in Indonesia this year. Meanwhile, the portfolio of top developers this time involves projects worth US$ 1.309 billion or Rp. 19.5 trillion,” explained BCI Central Project Event Manager Hendris Mathalibi Azier in Jakarta.
The list of winners of BCI Asia Top 10 Architects & Developers 2022 are Airmas Asri, Agung Podomoro Land, Alien Design Consultant (Alien Bangun Nusantara), Agung Sedayu Group, Anggara Architeam, Alam Sutera Realty, Arkonin, Ciputra Development, Duta Cermat Mandiri, Lippo Group, Megatika Grahalestari Internasional, Modernland Realty Tbk, Pandu Persada, Paramount Land, Pandega Design Weharima, Sinar Mas Land, Penta Architecture (Penta Engineering), Summarecon Agung, Wiratman and Triniti Land.
The winners of the BCI Asia Awards are selected based on the largest aggregate value of projects under construction during the last calendar year. These values are taken into consideration and weighted on the aspect of the extent of the sustainability efforts in the construction of their projects. Likewise, the architectural firm that became the winner in this event, pre-tender projects were also included in the assessment to see if green design efforts could be implemented from the start.
In addition to the awarding of the BCI Asia Top 10 Awards, at the same event and place the FuturArc Prize 2022 and BCI Asia Interior Design Awards 2022 were also awarded to winners from Indonesia.
Continuing the holding of the same competition in previous years, in 2022 for the leading green design competition in Asia, the FuturArc Prize (FAP), followed by participants devoted to students on the theme of Reinterpretation in the period 2021-2022. The recipients of the 2022 FAP award from Indonesia are: Second Place: Aldrianta Adnan Pribadi, Beno Tumpak Ahimsa Sirait, Eistein Benedito, Favian Muhammad Rifqi & Gevin Timothy with the title ‘Biodivercity’ which won a cash prize of SGD3,500.

The BCI Asia Interior Design Awards recognizes the best interior architectural design competition participants in seven countries in Asia. Participants are required to take part in this competition based on size or area with the theme ‘Size vs Space’ for projects that have been built throughout 2021.
