Sennheiser Ambeo Soundbar Mini has been launched in India today. The company last month released Sennheiser Ambeo Soundbar Plus and the Ambeo Sub which were initially released at the 2022 IFA in Berlin. According to the German audio brand the audio device is less than half the cubic volume of its Soundbar Plus sibling. It supports 3D sound and Dolby Atmos. It also has 25W of class D amplification and equips four drivers and dual subwoofers. There are customisable audio modes in it.

Sennheiser Ambeo Soundbar Mini specifications

Sennheiser Ambeo Soundbar Mini is compact and smaller in size then the rest of its siblings. There are four full-range drivers and dual 4-inch subwoofers for 250W audio output. As per the company, this will offer deep bass and crystal-clear audio. There are customisable audio modes including content-specific presets, a Voice enhancement option and a neighbor-friendly Night mode.

In terms of connectivity, there is an HDMI input that accommodates a wide range of eARC-enabled TVs or monitors. In addition to this Sennheiser Ambeo Soundbar Mini can be paired with the Sennheiser Smart Control App for more features and updates.

Ambeo Soundbar Mini has been created in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits IIS—a world leader in audio research and development to provide 3D sound output. Moreover, there are a total of four integrated microphones that serve a dual purpose: they function as the central component of the AMBEO room calibration, and facilitate Alexa voice assistant commands as the Soundbar features Alexa Built-In. There is an option to make use of existing Google Assistant or Siri-enabled devices to cast audio to the Mini through Chromecast Built-In and AirPlay, respectively.

Further, the Mini supports popular Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, MPEG-H Audio codecs, and 360 Reality Audio formats and experiences for enjoying native spatial audio content.
The soundbar runs on AMBEO|OS operating system that scans the room to adjust the surround virtualization to account for various room sizes, reflections, and textures. The device can be connected to your phone using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. It has support for such as a Spotify, TIDAL, Amazon Music, and Apple Music

The price of the Sennheiser AMBEO Soundbar Mini has been set at Rs 74,990. The soundbar is currently available for purchase via the brand webshop www.sennheiser-hearing.com, Amazon.in and other leading electronic outlets in India.
