Filmfare Awards 2023: Alia Bhatt Steals Show as ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ dominates

Alia Bhatt and Rajkummar Rao Won big at the Filmfare Awards held in Mumbai on Thursday. Alia won the Best Actor award for her film ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi,’ which also won the Best Film and Best Director for Sanjay Leela Bhansalai at the event.

Rajkummar Rao won the Best Actor award for ‘Badhaai Do’, which also starred Bhumi Pednekar, who shared the Best Actress (Critics’) award for the film with Tabu.

Tabu won the Best Actress (Critics’) award for her double role in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.

The event was hosted by Salman Khan, Maniesh Paul and Ayushmann Khurrana.

Best Film (Critics’): Badhaai Do

Best Actor in a Leading Role (Male): Rajkummar Rao for Badhaai Do

Best Actor in a Leading Role (Female): Alia Bhatt for Gangubai Kathiawadi

Best Actor (Critics’): Sanjay Mishra for Vadh

Best Actress (Critics’): Bhumi Pednekar for Badhaai Do and Tabu for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2

Best Director: Sanjay Leela Bhansali for Gangubai Kathiawadi

Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Male): Anil Kapoor for Jugjugg Jeeyo

Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Female): Sheeba Chaddha for Badhaai Do

Best Music Album: Pritam for Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva
